The shop is well equipped and had very friendly staff. However, the post office didn't want to sell me "Royal Mail International Economy" as it would be available only online, though it's clearly listed in the Royal Mail Online AND Post Office price list at the same price. Felt a little ripped off, to be honest.

UPDATE (24 July 2024): Emma Stanton (Royal Mail Customer Service) informed me that "Royal Mail International Economy" should be available for purchase in all UK Post Offices.

I have just visited this Post Office. What brilliant service from the woman on the counter. There was a long line waiting but she welcomed each customer with wonderful pleasantry. Each person was dealt with without haste and gi en the time they needed to complete their business. Absolutely fantastic.

As a local I am fed up with people badmouthing our local businesses such as Eve Davies. Tenby Post Office has been amazing and there for all of us during the pandemic. If you are exempt like I am I wear my lanyard on display when I go in and no problems at all. The staff are all lovely and very caring. You will find no better shop and Post Office.

Very helpful and friendly post office staff. The store appeared well stocked with a wide range of products. The displays and point of sale materials were very dated and the store could benefit from a refit.
