The guys who work there in particular Luke, provide outstanding customer service. Which was delivered in a natural non pushy kind of way.
They have also met my expectations in sorting out a couple of aftersales issues.

I took collection of my car today and cannot fault the service from the team at Tangelo, as I messed them about when I decided not to continue with my original choice, as I found something I liked more. Despite changing my mind Brian who looked after me sorted out my finance and this is after cancelling the original agreement for the first car, and didn’t bat an eyelid over my change of mind. Buying this car in my opinion was seamless. And everyone that I interacted either on the phone or face to face when collecting my new Golf, which is in tip top condition, with everything I asked for and they said they’d do was done.
Purchasing big goods on line can be very challenging. But dealing with these people from Tangelo was a delightful experience, and certainly use them again. Thank you all for your help with purchasing my vehicle. Sammy

What a wonderful purchasing experience!!! I have ended up with a great car with excellent service. If I am honest, I was very nervous about purchasing a car online without having seen it “in the flesh”. Leigh and Alex were very patient and friendly with answering all my (repeated) questions and providing video footage to demo the car inside and out. The purchase was easy (if a little nervous-making as payment is made direct to the bank before delivery) but they are a real company! And delivery was exactly as described. David arrived on time having had the car re-washed near to my house after the delivery journey. He took his time, and walked me through the car features and helped my check the car over. I would have no hesitation in using Tangelo again for my future car purchases.
