I absolutely love my new mazda MX5,

Excellent service again by Mazda, Bookham. Staff are polite, informative and professional. Good to know the cost of the MOT and service in advance. I appreciated the lunchtime call to say the car was ready to be collected. All cleaned up too! I have found the same consistent level of service for the 7 years I have had my Mazda!

Very strongly recommended for aftersales, service and work. Just come to them first. They have very professional aftersales advisors and I found them very helpful and informed on the actual mechanical processes running in the background. Their Master Technician was able to correctly identify issues which other mechanics had missed and this resulted in a lasting fix. As a result of my exposure to them, I'm moving my overall annual service work on my car to them going forward, and would gladly use them again for any diagnostics or fixes.

Mazda in Bookham have serviced my Mazda 2 since I bought it 8 years ago. I love that they will now collect and return my vehicle in the same day. I’ve not been too comfortable with a courtesy car so the collection service suits me very well. My little Mazda is still going strong and I’m advised in the paperwork after the service if anything may need attention in the near future. It would be nice to have a phone call from the service department just to go over any concerns - I always prefer a personal touch. But Mazda Service department in Bookham have kept me mobile all these years - and previously with other Mazda’s I owned so I would definitely recommend them.
