Called at least once a week asking for the financial director. reported them to TPS and asked them to take us off their database and THEY ARE STILL CALLING.

As a novice dealing with the transfer of the sale of my dead parents house from Euros to Pounds for the best possible rate, I would like to highly recommend Synergy Exchange and in particular their sales director Will Rostand. I'm sure he deals with far larger sums of money than was left to my sister and I, and with corporate clients bringing in better business , but he never made us feel like anything other than valued clients. He answered all our very simple questions, took our concerns seriously and was never anything other than someone we felt we could trust implicitly. Thank you for making this last part of the too soon death of our parents as painless as possible Will Rostand and Synergy Exchange.

January 2022: Cold calling, looking for the 'Finance Manager'. Typical, to 'save you money' because all the banks are not giving you the actual exchange rates. STOP COLD CALLING. No, you cannot send me an email with more information when I've clearly stated I'm not interested. October 2022: Update: it seems Synergy Exchange were not able to follow instructions of removing me from their database. They deserve less than one star.
