I ordered some GU10 bulbs off Amazon from Surplus and when I received them. I put them in and noticed it was the wrong colour. They were warm white instead of cool white (which is what I ordered).

Their customer service is amazing. No arguments (maybe because of the situation). Sending out a replacement of the correct product. Can’t say it enough but really amazing customer service.

I purchased an optimist, electric stove from Amazon, and this company was the third-party, and when I got it, it was an old model it was not cheap dimplex have already told me he bought a cheap consignment of electric fires and he sells them off as new models it’s no longer about the money it’s the principal I don’t really need this in my life, recovering from prostate cancer (I do strongly believe what goes around comes around if I can make someone change their mind about purchasing anything from this horrible man I will be happy if I had the money I would get trading standards involved because he’s absolute conman)
