I have withdrawn some amount on 10/04/25. According to Sticpay it will take 2 business days but I still didn’t receive my payment. I have emailed them multiple times but still no reply and didn’t receive the amount. My transaction id is 727725. Kindly respond to my emails and return my money please!

Definitely a scam or at least not reliable. Made a withdrawal and i have not received the money in my bank account. (Been 3 weeks!!!) Sent an inquiry and was told bank details was incorrect when it was actually correct (Took them 2 days to reply). Told them that it was correct and haven’t gotten a reply till today. Also did another inquiry for a follow up and the same, no response. The money gone missing, i did not receive it and also no longer reflected in e-wallet. Daylight robbery.

*Update*

As you can see, Sticpay responded to my review stating that they understand my frustration and are committed to resolving the issue. However, despite their promises, nothing has changed. I still haven’t received my money, and there has been no further communication from them. In short, they have done nothing. This issue has persisted for almost two months, and I firmly believe this is a scam.

Rubbish. My withdrawal request is still pending for a whole month and they told me it's because of a technical issue. Then I have to re raise a request at a much worse foreign exchange rate between my currencies. Why am I incurring a loss due to their incompetence? They should be honouring my initial terms but noo I have to raise another request and god knows if it will face another technical issue.

The service is so bad and feels like a scammer in real-life. They said “International Bank Wire will process in 3-5 business-day” but after 6 business-day I cannot receive money in my bank account. That’s so annoying for this company.
