Welcoming environment and great service!
I had to replace my glasses because part of the frame broke. The staff member (Jacob, I think) was friendly and helpful and after examining them said that unfortunately the design had been discontinued and it was likely a manufacturing error but because of this they could replace them for free for anything up to the price of my damaged glasses. I ended up choosing a pair that I liked even more than my previous ones and they were ready within the week. I honestly couldn't be more pleased with the service I recieved.

Great when I got my 3 pairs of glasses
But a month or 2 after I broke my main pair so I went in to get them repaired to be told I needed a new frame and one lense because my frame couldn’t be straightened and one lense and the same frame would cost £113.
I took the frame home and managed to straighten it out with a little tweaking here and there so I asked I only need need one lense now
And then was told for just one lense would be more expensive then a lense and the frame.
I just feel conned into having to buy a lense and a frame

I went to get my eyes retested because when I went last summer the option thought there might be something wrong with my right eye and I am not getting seen at the hospital until february he was very further a x say he does not see any different . It was just when I came out and the lady who helped me afterward was trying me to get some glasses I said I would look but that did not mean I wanted any I had to then ask her to check with the option if I actually need some new ones he said if you are happy with ypur prescription then keep the glasses you have when I asked if I could have the slightly changed prescription in my glasses she said that would be more I just thought that was ridiculous I like my glasses could not see why it would cost so much as I did not have the money for both my eye test and the glasses said can I just pay for my eye test and the I would not be badgered in to new glasses I could not afford I.was annoyed about that. The other thing is they don't have a lot of park out side specsavers in wetherby

The lovely Sue at Wetherby branch helped choose my new glasses, I wanted a lighter frame to wear at my daughter’s wedding and they were perfect. I chose a DKNY metal frame and had lots of compliments. Had a slight change in prescription and think I just need to adjust the height of my computer screens at work to get the varifocal intermediate vision right.

Very disappointed with my new glasses, had them back 4 times for adjustments, still don't fit. Comparing them to my long distance bought at same time. The reading ones are splayed out and won't stay on.
