Fantastic approach to customer service! Very knowedgeable and helpful to explain how the tracker works, and what are the options for monitoring that may suit my preferences. Also, there was a small technical issue initially with my tracker's communication. The problem was resolved very promptly and everything works as expected. Had a tracker and immobiliser fitted onto my car for the third time (third car, the software is too good not to protect you against theft). Despite having a minor glitch where the vehicle was not immediately visible in the app, only showing the other vehicle in our house, Stuart in the Stolen Vehicle Recovery department was only happy to assist, resolving the issue in less than 15 minutes. This was after responding to an email I had sent at 9pm, in less than 4 hours. Excellent product and service, would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. Was a bit apprehensive to be fair as not been a customer of tracking before but Claire immediately put our minds at rest and reassured us what to do and gave us some very welcome and sound advice on paying for first year before going life of ownership until we were completely happy with our new motorhome. WELL DONE and very impressed. Neil and Margaret ( York )
