I'm never using this place again, staff are absolutely vile. I have mobility issues and use a walking stick, wanted a parcel sent and a bag to put it in, sent from till to till, struggling with bags and parcel, they werent helpful at all and watched me struggling, then wanted label stuck on bag and the owner was a an absolute arrogant vile man the way he went on, (its not rocket science sticking a label on the bag) I grabbed my stuff and walked out, what a awful family who run this post office. Never have any issues with Palmersville post office staff.

Just wanted to do a speacial delivery but no luck went the first time at lunch time the bloke said system down with a attitude the second time I went was told post master went home at this time was 3 o clock when they state they are open till 530 and last pick up for post was 430 so if I was u don't ever go their as your letters/parcels will never be delivered on time

Staff very unhelpful and lazy. I do try to avoid going here, but the odd times I do I witness more odd behaviour from staff. I had a number of parcels which I needed to send, all of different weights. What I discovered was that the man serving, had put them all through as the heavier rate rather than put them through correctly. There was a mixture of parcels of different weights and sizes and he charged me more. The other time I went in, I asked Sooki to send something recorded delivery (she was on her mobile at the time) and put a second class stamp on it. I waited for my receipt, she looked at me as if I was stupid and when I asked for proof of postage she told me I had to pay extra (which was the correct price) had I not waited for a receipt that package would have gone through as second class and not recorded. Another time I was in there, a man wanted to send a parcel back, the staff then give him it back and said it wouldn’t scan. He didn’t offer to put it through a different way by typing the number in. Just give him it back. I was also told that to send something special delivery would have to go to the main post office which is also untrue.

Just visited today as it was more convenient for me, I asked to post a package that I had put in a mailing bag. It went through the medium slot on the sizing tool that they use, suki then flattened the package out and said it didn’t fit and said she would have to charge me the higher rate! What is her problem? I have also complained to The Post Office. Disgusting service and weird staff.

A convenient place to return packages however staff unbelievably rude. Acted confused and speechless when I said I wanted to return a package, making me question if I was in the right place. Then asked “and how to you expect to pay for this” To which I replied “well I have a QR code” to which they replied “well why didn’t you just say that in the first place” Oddly aggressive
