Reached to turn over the upside-down price label of something I didn't realise was in a window display because it was within very easy reach to the public. I had decided to buy it, but before I could look at the price a member of staff reprimanded me in a highly belligerent tone, telling me I "shouldn't just reach in and help myself to a window display" despite the display being completely open and there being absolutely no signage telling you not to touch. I tried to explain that the label was upside down and I merely wanted to see the price, but she wouldn't have it. She got the item out and told me the price but by then I'd decided not to spend at this place. Myself and my family have given a lot of money to this place over the years but this was the last time.

Rude staff. I picked up a car badge to ask the price and a voice shouted from other end of shop to put it down and not to help myself. No signs stated this. There were several customers in shop and it was very embarrassing. Another customer walked out muttering about rude staff. I was reprimanded again when I left. They lost my business.

Amazing shop with great items for sale. , I am just starting to collect war medals and I couldn’t be helped more from the gentleman in the shop (I guess was the owner) he explained the WW2 medals and took time out to show me in a book .thank you . Highly recommend

Wonderful place - amazing stuff you'll not find anywhere else in Norfolk. Owner is a great guy as well, always happy to chat and tell you about the shop and the stock. A real must-visit if you're in the area.

Jewellery, hats, Militaria, tobbaciana, doulton & much more. The friendly proprietor was just selling a customer a lovely very reasonabley priced hallway runner. Well worth popping in.

Interesting place with lots of bits and bobs, shame it has rude sarcastic unhelpful staff
