Came to exchange 50 euros, was given 30 pounds.. something does not add up. Next time visiting the uk make sure to use credit card or visa because the Exchange rates online and in the Shop do not match at all!

Don’t come here unless you want to get scammed by poor English speaking - dodgy Chinese people. Their rate was inconsistent, different from the board ( After 15 min from when I first asked and come back from another place to compare, the cashier said a different rate). Still, it was better than bank’s rate so I agreed to pay by card. Only to find out that somehow I was charged twice, then I went to my bank to see if it’s card error but it was deducted by Senli for certain. I spoke to the Asian girl at Senli(wearing glasses), to my surprise she was bad at English when dealing with the purchase but turned out to be very aggressive and fluent when arguing about how it was my fault when I didn’t notice the 2 times charge during being there. Tried to speak to managerial level but of course, from fishy places like this there’s nothing better you can expect

Great service. They didn't charge any commission when I exchanged US dollars into pounds. PLEASE AVOID the "ChangeGroup" next door as it's an absolute rip off (they charge an exorbitant fee and you only realise it AFTER you've made your transaction). It adds up to a lot if you're changing a considerable amount. Compared to them, the cashiers here were super helpful, friendly and most importantly, give me a good rate. Great service.

I don't normally write a review but I think they desere a good review. They are hidding in the small alley opposite McDoland's. They offer 0% commission, 0% fees and student discount and also price match. The lady served me was very nice and helpful. They explained to me nicely when I asked them why they need my ID. I have been to Mark and Spencer which they asked me for ID too. Avoid going to Change Group opposite McDonald's, they have hidden fees if you do not ask them properly.

I had a rather unpleasant experience with this company. I came to buy Euros, paid about £200 with my debit card, was issued with the receipt saying that the transaction was void. So I wasn’t given any Euros. It never happened with my card before or after. I went immediately to my bank which advised that my card is working fine and it was charged by Senli despite the fact the receipt said “void transaction”. My bank issued me a confirming document, signed by the bank clerk and stamped. Nevertheless it took 6 weeks and a lot of my time and writing to Senli for my money to be returned to my bank account. The woman in the company’s office was extremely unwilling to sort it out. I felt very annoyed about the time and effort I spent getting my money back.

Avoid like the plague. Prominently promising "no commission," a "service fee" of a trifling 14.99% is quietly levied instead. When challenged after scrutinising the transaction receipt, we were told a lower fee could have been negotiated but now it was too late to do so. Transparent? I don't think so. Go elsewhere! (An approval rating of one star is one star too many.)

They have the best rates in the city, especially when you sell foreign currencies. Also they open on Sundays.
