I'm visiting this shop regularly. The Shop is clean all the time.Fresh veg&Fruits and good stuff with reasonable prices. The staff girl who is working there she is so helpful.she has good customer service experience.I saw her, she is always dealing with customers very nicely .

I recently visited Ryle Grocery Shop and was extremely disappointed with the staff's rude behavior. Instead of being helpful and courteous, they were dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service should be a priority in any store, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope the management takes action to improve the staff’s attitude towards customers.

Brilliant shop full of items you can't find anywhere else locally. Lovely staff and great value. I often pop in for Ocra, Plantain, scotch bonnet chillis, herbs, slices, legumes etc..

They need to get rid of the lady works on the till who always on her phone. Very rude and unhelpful she is. Been there by travelling 16 miles for second time, today I purchased 2 trays of 48 eggs and she is telling me to carry them by hand to my car whice has been parked a miles away . She did the same thing last time and I didn't mind because my car was parked close to the shop . Don't go to this shop unless very essential .

I wanted to try to cook an Afghan recipe, called Mantu for fist time and I needed Wonton wrap to the recipe. I popped into this shop and I managed to get what I needed. The young man in the shop was very helpful and polite. Very nice experience!

This is the best Shop for Indians/Pakistanis/ Bangladeshi/Nepali/Bhutani/ Shri lankans or Asians to be precise,who miss their native food.
Almost all the variety of spices and in good size (100gm) packets are here, all kinds of pulses, rice and the list never ends.
Visit this and you would not regret it.
