This morning i was returning for exchange a titan compound mitre saw as it ended up too small for the job, so i changed for a bigger.
Staff were very helpful and managed to exchange it 🙂

One of my favourite shops, great range of items, almost always has what I need or if not it be can ordered for collection in a few days. Friendly staff who are happy to help. Parking is limited. Shop is always clean and well presented. Highly recommended.

You can order online, and their Web site tells you if your local branch has it in stock, if not, you can order and they email you when the item comes into stock. You can also see stock levels in other nearby branches if you need it urgently, and they also deliver.

They have an easy returns policy which is useful because you can look and examine the item and return it if it does not meet your expectations.

Their Web site, like most others, does not go into much detail about items, so being able to return stuff if it is not suitable is invaluable to me.

Firstly I went to a different company just around the corner when I was trying to match up some hinges for some cupboards at home. They were too busy playing games on their phones to be interested in even trying to help me and they actually told me to go to Screwfix!
Let me tell you all I am glad they did. I was greeted by Kyle who was very pleasant and very understanding. I discussed what I required and he went through the book trying to match the hinges up. Not only did he match them up they were a very good price too. They all fit perfectly.
I cannot reccomend these guys enough, truly amazing, very polite and extremely helpful

Everyone knows Screwfix are accomplished retailers with good prices and fast order processing but this review is branch specific. Sometimes the occasional branch of a large multi location retailer/wholesaler can be have a staff culture that lets the rest of the side down, but not this one. The guys in this store have always been uber helpful, cheerful and will go the extra mile. Top marks
