Savi Trading -

My experience at Savi is absolutely rewarding. It feels great to have personal desk in their office in central London and I stayed there for a month to take the Phase I course. Phase one course builds a solid foundation for a beginner trader in terms of fundamental indexes, graphs and theories. My mentor was an experienced trader who taught classes passionately along with realistic examples that he encountered in his everyday trading. Senior traders in the office are willing to help me out if I have any question. Vishal, the CEO of Savi, is also reachable and helpful to talk to. Especially, when some big news comes out, Vishal will share his own insights of the change in the market or the reason behind it, which I think is very practical to listen to.

When I first came to Savi, I was impressed by the warm welcome I received and the multiple screens facilities in the office, which were great for a trader. People in the office are really ready to help others at any time. Vishal, Amin, Arjun were very helpful and there was a great team atmosphere on the trading floor. It is wonderful to have the chance to ask people who earn a living in the financial markets. There were regular meetings every day, Vishal talked about the recent news and his opinions of the market and he also asked for our views. I know it is really important to form my own view and test it in the market to confirm my understanding. And when I asked for advice on my views of the market, people in Savi would explain a lot, with not just simple answers but the underlying logic and inter-relationships between different currencies and commodities. Before the economic data came out, Vishal would talk about his strategies and some indicators that should be paid attention to. After the data came out, it was time to get your profit! It is another chance to test your views of the market and executive ability in face of the real market. My understanding of the financial market fundamentals and technical analysis increased immeasurably and I had a great time during my experience in Savi. I would highly recommend Savi as the start of you trading career.

Overall I am glad I did the course and knowing what I know now I would do it again. The daily interaction with full time traders, particularly Vish who shares his professional experience of trading. The experience of trading on a floor with other traders and being able to discuss your ideas and doubts with them cannot be replicated by trading at home. The introduction to metatrader and mexcel, which allows you to create your own algorithms and strategies for trading I found very interesting and useful. Useful tutorials on strategies and risk management. The offer of backing, which I gained after proving performance. The course ran for 3 months, so the course fee covers the tuition and the desk rental for the duration. If you investigate the cost of renting a desk in a prop trading firm in the city you will understand where the majority of the cost goes.

Please do not pretend your team are professionals, just another quick rich dream provider plus retail broker is not a problem, but you give demo said is real money is purely a lie - to prove your training is not good.

Everything they teach is free on the internet. Don't waste your time and money. Plus the chances of getting backed by these guys are pretty slim regardless of how well you do on their demo.
