I was in the market for a car and I drove past sandr and saw a car that I liked the look of so stopped and checked it out. It was at that point I remembered purchasing a vw cab from them some 14 yrs earlier. This gave me confidence and I ended up buying my latest vehicle from them too. Absolutely incredible service provided by both Lee and Anees.
Very well looked after from start to finish. I’ve always gone new with cars as had a horrible experience once with the purchase of a car from another dealership, however from the start Anees and Lee were so transparent with the sale, was able to view the car, test drive the car and look over it as many times as required with no commitment and as advertised the car drove and is driving effortlessly.
Was able to take the car away on the day as well as they had managed to service and MOT it for me so there was no waiting and I had travelled from Milton Keynes so to come away with it was an Incredible experience in itself.

The process for finance took slightly longer than I anticipated due to the finance company being busy on the day, however was fully reassured on the day and again well looked after waiting for the outcome.

To top it all off as the sale went through Lee and Annes came out with a box of chocolates and flowers for my wife (and me, but more for my wife 😁) which really made her day!

Honestly highly recommend this garage, if you’re looking for transparency and honesty, this is the garage to go too!

Met with Marcus, who showed us around multiple cars and accompanied us on our test drive. He was a really great help and an honest guy. Then completed our sale with Darren and Lee who were both amazing as well. The car tyres will be close to the minimum tread within a few months and the garage are having these changed on the house at another garage. Great Service and Great car! Will definitely use again.

Wow is the difference they made to my year. After being let down by another car dealer. I went to s&r motors with no car, the team were amazing, not only was their customer service out of this world they made me feel like one of the family having secured the absolute perfect car for me they gave the car a full service and complete check over before letting me take delivery of the car because I was without a car they gave me a courtesy car until mine was ready.
Upon delivery of the car the flowers and box of chocolates were totally unexpected. Absolutely recommend everybody goes and buys a car from them . Blown away by their customer service second to none. Keep it up guys .

Such a great dealership! On this occasion I decided not to buy but that was purely down to my own situation. The car was in great condition and all communications with all the team there were great.
