Good choice of shops...beware car park, I got a £60 fine for staying too long! Didn't realise it was restricted, and not sure how long I could be there for free, 3 hours I was there 5 hours as we had a meal as well as moseying round the town. Had my husband's disabled badge in the window too, didn't know that would not be taken into account as regards time.

Great shopping centre with a really good choice of shops. Had lunch in a lovely cafe called Freckletons near the exit. Can highly recommend.

Decent shopping centre, but there is a distinct lack of river OR gates near it. Don't go if you need either of those things but otherwise it's a fun day out just like going to the beach.

Irvine shopping centre is busy most days and is open 24/7 so u have access to weatherspoons n asda and the retail park .free toilet facilities n free WiFi.kept really tidy by team of cleaners

Not the politest of staff, really dumb and inconsiderate to people with disabilities. made to wait several minutes while they chatted to their pals before serving the young lady in a wheel chair in front of me who obviously was in some pain and trying to get her medication. Poor service all round. Irvine Rivergate.

This place would be as well being closed. It already looks like it has. Not a nice place to go at all, and even if you are looking for a particular item, you won't get it here. Even the Boots and Primark stores looked as if they were getting ready to close down. This centre needs a total revamp.

It’s really looking tired now, probably due to underinvestment. Busy enough for a relatively small shopping mall, but it really could be so much better. The Irvine town centre looks really run down apart from the Portal and the heritage sites. It’s as if the place is trying to be all things to all people and in the attempt, loses its identity. There is something here, but it hasn’t been found yet.
