Absolutely brilliant service. I have been looking for a hard to get tractor toy for Christmas and within 3 days it was sourced by Peter and ready to collect. I very much appreciate the effort.

Went to collect something for our granddaughter, 2 staff helped get it in the car. They couldn't be more helpful or friendly if they tried.

Maybe its because I'm not a rich farmer purchasing or maintaining six figure farm equipment or talking about the "upcoming shoot in Scotland" but the help here tends to give you a very judgey look, like you are bothering them and don't belong in their Club House!. I went in to purchase dog food(Simple right), upon approaching the employee, maybe it was just his cantankerous old age, but this particular employee wouldn't even respond when I said hello, he just looked at me in that just a few seconds to long way, rolled his eyes and walked behind the counter. when he told me the price of the food, I said your joking! as it was 10 pounds more than I have ever paid anywhere else and its only 14 pounds! its not like its 100. The Elderly Employee said flatly, "NO that's the price, same as its always been!", I couldn't believe it. so I politely informed them of the high price and said I will be taking my business elsewhere. In hindsight it is very apparent anything in the shop is really only there for their "TOP CUSTOMERS" When they come in to buy a new John Deere Harvester etc... they don't actually want anyone else going in, they just want you to drive by and keep going unless your going to drop a couple hundred grand. I was debating on putting this up, but this was the 3rd time I have tried to become a customer, always just buying small things from their shop front and the same attitude from all the employees, as such I've given up on trying to support this local shop for at least some semblance of customer service from the big box store...So much for that famous Yorkshire Hospitality...

I went for a pair of boots. They look down at you if you havnt got the look of a farmer. Bare in mind I spent my childhood going and my grandad has spent multiple thousands of pounds in ther since before I was born. They sold me some display boots with mucky finger prints all over them and charged me 95 pounds.. when infact ther 85 at the most anywhere in the country and online.
A was going to buy an electric grease gun but will not after this encounter.
Bare in min the only reason I went here for my new choice of workboot is because a friend recommended them to me and said he got he same boot for 75 pounds. I shall make sure to let people know about this i would not expect this from some1 who runs a very wealthy buisness
