I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience at your currency exchange location on. I exchanged 216 pounds for dirhams, and was given 1,000 dirhams in a single note, which was both impractical and concerning.

Moreover, the service I received from the guy wearing the mask was far from satisfactory. The staff member who assisted me was rude and dismissive. His tone was unprofessional, making the transaction uncomfortable. I expected better customer service and clear communication, especially when dealing with financial matters.

I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future customer.

Visited this branch the other day, and I honestly had a subpar experience. I don't understand why people who don't want to interact with customers apply/work in a customer-facing role. Why? I wanted to post a few documents, so I had an interaction firstly with a lady there. I have no clue what her name is as the employees are not required to wear a name badge or a uniform. We told her we wanted to post documents, and instead of actually explaining the process to us, she proceeded to pass vague comments like "you need to make the payment via cash only for this." We agreed and were waiting for her to proceed, but she goes on and says, "you need to go to a cash point and get the cash right away." I mean, wait a minute, like, what do you want us to do? Get the cash, I agree, but how do you go about the rest? At least explain to us, for God's sake. I have had terrible customer service in the past, but this one was unique. We got the cash and were later tended to by her colleague who, during the entire process, was indifferent and didn't really seem to care much. Towards the end, I asked him if the parcel would be picked up during the weekend to which he replied, "I don't know. I don't work here during the weekends, so I don't know if the parcel will be picked up over the weekend." Jesus! Are you kidding me? YOU WORK THERE! The level of incompetence is shocking. Maybe RIA doesn't care much about these things and their customers. Also, a lot of bias is evident when they deal with "their people." Not happy.

Liars. I called them and asked for a quote for USD back to GBP, got given one price. Arrived in branch less than 10 mins later and the woman started giving me another price. Waste of time. Would give zero stars if I could. Travelers beware.

Very unprofessional staff. One person at the counter, then the second staff member comes munching from a bag of Indian savoury. Then they dint take cards. Cash only. Excuse: NO TERMINAL. Right infront of the counter there is one! This excuse ( same one 6 months ago!) smells of money laundering.

It is a shame how some female staff here treat customers who come to pick up money differently according to the way how they dressed up. They question People aggressively and showing people attitude like they are paying money from their pocket. We come to pick up the money belongs to us, not yours !. Please learn some customer service skills from this country. Please don't bring your attitude to this country and ruine it. !
