I was recommended by a friend through WhatsApp. I downloaded the app through WhatsApp. The code automatically comes when someone refers you. I was told that I would get some reward on first transaction if referred by a friend.
I sent money and shocked to know when they told me that the code is not in their system which was sent to me by a friend. Bellshit....fraud and I am not happy and wouldn't recommend and wouldn't trust them again.

I’m deeply disappointed with this app's performance. I've been using it for over a year, but I've had issues with my last few transactions.

I would not, and will never, recommend this app for urgent needs. Their approach feels unprofessional; they fail to clearly communicate transaction limitations. Once you exceed these limits, they hold your funds and request excessive personal information like salary slips, account details, and even details of specific transfers. This is unreasonable, and they often end up canceling the transactions.

I can no longer recommend this app to anyone in my network.

I've had so many bad experiences with Remit. Delayed transfers for up to 4 days. The most recent one is money I sent on the 12th Nov and up until today, 14th Nov the finds have not reached the recipient. This money was for an emergency issue and hence my sister has missed her appointment because she has not received the funds which Remit took from my bank account.

Thei Customer Services Team always gives the same poor excuse of technical issues. It's really frustrating.

Send Wave have better Customer service and funds always reach the recipient in a just a couple of mins.

I don’t recommend for sending huge amounts.i getting stress with your service.Poor service when it comes to big amounts the delay is too long for the amount of 3162.06 EUR to be credited to the recipient as of now nothing credited yet to the recipient he did not received yet the money . What are you doing with my money? Your service take and deducted already in my bank account . Your costumer support they tell you same excuses

Go up
