Reisebank AG

Hello, I want to exchange Norwegian Krone to Euro, but the branch employees told me that we do not accept 500 and 1000 bank notes. Is this the case for all Reisebank branches?

Watch out for the extra fees. They don’t have them posted anywhere. $50 in my case converted into 37,49 euro (1 dollar = 0.75 euro). Their advertising stand was saying $1 = 0.87 euro. Definitely feels like scam.

Super service and friendly staff.highly recommended. They have most of the currency.

1€ - 1,96 lv Exchange 200 lv to Euro is 102€ They told me 82€ Conclusion: 20€ magically disappeared! Im sorry but that’s 2days of Bulgarian salary!

Worst exchange bank ever. I gave them 720 $ and they gave me 20 $ back (2nd banknote) and told me that they will not exchange it because the banknote doesn't look "good enough". It was neighter ripped nor damaged. Then the lady offered me to give me 30% of the real value. What a bad joke and not customer-friendly. I called it rip off.

They are a rip off. Worse than airport. On top of that you will pay 10% commission. Avoid at any cost. Forgot to add that stuff is mostly unfriendly. I had a situation where i was asked to fill a form for money transfer. After filling the form i was told by an older lady that it was wrong and was asked to do this again. When i came back i was server by a different person who was happy with old form which was apparently wrongly filled, meanwhile older ldy after closed the desk. Coincidence? I dont think so/.

I don't know about the bad reviews, they are mostly about bad currency rates and that's not under the control of the clerks working there , I am here regularly and have always been treated well.. The staff is really helpful

Don't exchange currency here, their rate is terrible! For example, today's CNY to EUR rate is around 0.13, the rate I got was 0.106! Definitely not worth exchanging here.
