I bought a ps4 pro today, boxed with all the cables aside from the USB from console to dualshock 4 remote.
Haven't owned a gaming console for many years so expected a new one to fire into life.
It doesn't go past the first set up screen, the controller looks like it has dinner stuck in all the buttons too but thats something I can sort.
I thought maybe its my inexperience but after watching videos from many tech folk online and asking others that have the ps4 pro.... its not me, something is wrong.
I shall be returning tomorrow if open with my receipt and hopefully can get sorted.
An edit with a better or worse review will follow.

EDIT

As I mentioned in my post I would edit, contacted ReGenerate, they waited until closing time as I was stuck in nottingham traffic.
They went and got a replacement console they saved for me in the back of store.
The original i bought was set up in store just to see if I was the issue, but evidently there was a fault.
So they replaced with a new one.
2 stars changed to 5.

If your in Arnold - it’s a must for a visit to see what they have on offer. I have purchased numerous guitars and instruments there and have some great bargains in stock. Also bought televisions in the past for Christmas presents for the kids.

I purchased a laptop from here it wouldn't connect to my Wi-Fi went back with it and was told it was my internet. Phone sky changed all passwords and still won't let me connect phoned shop back and they won't do nothing so I've lost my money alot. Wouldn't recommend this shop to NOBODY

Absolutely great people the guys in the Arnold shop are fantastic will bend over backwards to help there customers can't fault them in any way at all they go above and beyond what they need to do can't enfersize enough how great these guys are thanks for everything

Took a brand new dewalt circular saw worth 200 quid was offered £40 what theives no communication asked why and got I don't know as I walked in one of the staff said we wouldn't buy body only
