Redferns was the estate agents being used by the sellers of the property I recently bought. I was fortunate enough to be shown around the property by a very friendly Rob. He gave me plenty of time to look around, and had lots of knowledge regarding the property and the sellers circumstances. This was an important factor in me putting an offer in. Rob kept me in the loop through out, and was on the ball and super efficient through out especially on completion day which eased an already stressful day.
Given that Rob/Redferns weren't my estate agents I was really impressed with how I was treated by them and would consider using them in the future for selling or renting out my property.

In the nicest way, Rob does not conform to the standard stereotype of an estate agent. We liked him immediately. He actively listened, spent time with us both to establish our goals, provided real time intelligence on the market, explored all options and did not oversell. Throughout the process, Rob was highly responsive, followed through on all of his promises, showed keen attention to detail, took high quality photos, produced excellent copy, project managed viewings and pro actively maintained the channel of communication with us, our conveyancer and our buyer. I spoke to 4 or 5 agents in Exeter before I chose Rob. Rob isn’t your typical estate agent and I thought we would like working with him, which we did! Rob wrote a great description of the property and took amazing photos to show it off to its best. We were really pleased with the offers we received based on his valuation. Rob at Redferns was the estate agent for our vendor in our recent house purchase.
