What An Experience.....James At Redbrook,is an unbelievable salesman,also a really nice chap,he was polite, accommodating,easy to talk too & work with,he sorted out any issues we had,anything that needed doing he did,lived up to his word,gave us a cracking deal on both cars as we part-exd,i'd recommend anyone looking for a new car,look to see what Redbrook have for sale 1st.

Had the pleasure of dealing with James whilst purchasing an Isuzu D-Max this past week.. he made the purchase as stress free as possible & even delivered it to our door a couple of days after the initial query on the vehicle! Very professional, courteous & helpful with the paperwork & whole process!
The vehicle arrived spotlessly clean inside & out with a full tank of fuel, brand new seat covers (still in boxes) & full set of new Isuzu floor mats too.. above & beyond & great to see how there are still good genuine sellers out there 5🌟🌟🌟

I travelled a long way to get to Redbrook Trading, it was worth it both for the car I was sold and the service I received of James, James even met me on a Sunday and took me to the train station
It's called the personal touch or human touch that you wouldn't get from the bigger car dealerships, You then take in, the service and the MOT, it just takes away any of the doubts you may have when buying a second hand car

Dealt with James regarding a PX on a 2021 Hilux InvincibleX at fairly long distance as I live in Roos near Hull. I cannot fault this young man’s work ethic, he kept me in the loop every step of the way even sourcing a roller top for the vehicle and having it fitted for me. And on top of this he hand drivers the car to me today and took my PX away. This was over and above what a run of the mill car salesman would do and I sincerely thank him for that. Top job by James and he is an asset to redbrook trading Ltd.

Best experience buying a car I have had.

When I viewed the car James was really helpful and not your typical salesman. I cant praise him enough and would recommend Redbrook to anyone.

I bought the car and had an issue with the thermostat which James it sorted straight away, no questions asked.

James at Redbrook Trading Ltd was a breath of fresh air, as normally I really don't like buying a new vehicle. The communication, honestly and their customer service was second to none. Easily the best van buying experience I've had. A nice touch were the free car mats, which was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. In this scary world of the internet please don't hesitate in buying from this business. Thanks for supplying a brilliant correctly described vehicle. Have a lovely holiday over Xmas
