I am going through an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE with Rational FX. I used their service for what they call a "hassle-free and fast payment" but my money is seating in their bank for the past 10 days and still not transferred and credited to my bank back home. I've called them multiple times everyday, sent emails but I get no answer. The team answering my calls have "no power of decisions" as they say, so you are asked to just seat and wait. When you ask when will the money be transferred to your account they have no clue. It's an absolute nightmare. The worst service you can imagine and you when you insist to speak to a supervisor or someone who has a power of decision they simply get annoyed and pretty much hang up on you. Absolute nightmare

They are going out business. All their phone lines are down and they have sent an email saying they are not returning clients money. Be careful. They are firing staff and it is going down. Don't believe me? Try and call them now and see what happens.

Do not use this service at all false claims for being the free or cheapest money transfer, no empathy for UK customer getting ripoff by overseas bank, robotic staff copy and pasting term and condition without showing any real concern or even a fake apology or sorry. Same with the telephone customer service just a robotic answer stating that your transfer was rejected by Chinese Bank and they ate your $20.00 and we are not responsible for informing customer that this can happen if something goes wrong with transaction,
so DO NOT USE Xendpay stay away

Such a shame they've gone into administration which I can only imagine is through grave mismanagement. Staff and service were excellent and I used them for years. Everyone will flock to alpha fX now I guess...

False Promise , Bad Customer Service - they put our business on the line of trouble because of XendPay False Promise saying 2-3 working days. they close the transactions before beneficiary gets the funds and absolutely irresponsible customer care service with unpleasant attitude .

Very bad company! Poor customare care! Does't deserve a star!
20 days and still waiting for my money!! Update: Money said to be refunded... nothing yet in the account!! Xendpay is doing everything .... right... now that's 25 days!!! 25 days for a Transfer promised to be done in 4 days!!! Don't beleive a word they say! Stay away!

The service was great before Brexit. Recently however they have started charging transfer fee and exchange rate has also gone down. If you are transferring money from germany it takes 2-3 working days for money to reach in their account. There is no reason to stick to this company you can choose any other service which is faster.
