I've been a customer of Ramsdens for the last couple of years (the first store I was in was in Middlesborough where I believe the business originated) and was very impressed that they have a store in Burnley now. The staff are very straightforward, friendly and approachable. They helped me source a specific item of jewelry for my wife's birthday from a sister store in Aberdeen! It was delivered to the burnley store within 24 hours. Can't beat that turn around. They can't be beaten on currency exchange either and are knowledgeable about protecting your money abroad. I will be using this store again in the future for certain. Highly recommend for the best deals and tip top customer service.

absolutely shocking my boyfriend bought me a ring for my birthday he didn’t know my size so the woman who works here said to buy a ring and bring it back to get it resized bigger or smaller for £15 quid so he did we been a few times to this shop to get it resized and the same woman’s been making excuses not to do the ring sizing few weeks gone by so my boyfriends been in today to resize the ring and they have asked for 65-70 quid and has said the woman who said that isn’t in and they can’t do that only if the ring it getting put smaller not bigger and that they can’t give him his money back due to him buying it’s gone down in price although the ring hasn’t been worn and has been sat in same box as it was in when he bought it but the woman had no interest in saying any of this to my boyfriend before he bought it now we have a ring sat in a box worthless to us
