ALMOST bought a ring here. It became the most unpleasurable experience of buying jewellery ever. The lady may as well be selling a bag of spuds for all she cared . Miserable, zero personality & unprofessional attitude lost this business a sale .

Have some nice jewellery, however I won't be going back, after a male worker claimed my watch was a fake , then withdrew the comment after being proven wrong, and didn't apologise. Very rude.

Went in to ask about some gold I had to sell for scrap, I wasn't impressed by the woman's attitude or service skills, rather abrupt so I promptly said no thank you and left. I got quite a lot more for my gold at the next shop I visited a week later.

Just visited to get a price on some 9ct gold. They asked if I had a price in mind (I knew the weight and today's bullion price) but I asked for their best price. £200 was their offer when it should have been about £380.
