I had been looking for a birthday present for my granddaughter and been in a few jewellery shops the staff didn't want to know there could be brother too even look there just said there's nothing .I went into Ramsdens on Byker told them what I was looking for the 2 lady's couldn't help me enough went out there way these were old school like myself there took there time showing me what I wanted to see I got my granddaughter her beautiful present ? I would recommend this little shop ? there kindness politeness well I never go anywhere else now in fact I will be going tomorrow I spend my money there .10/10 ?

Complete rip off merchants.
Tried to offer me £3 each for pure silver 1oz coins.
Went to Corbitts in town and got £20 each.

Staff were in the rear of the shop and I said hello several times .. I heard them talking and I was ignored .. As I left 2 people were about to enter so I advised them not to bother .. They walked away .. Went to Wallsend where they are always helpful very friendly and efficient
