What can I say! Outstanding service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was really friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect rings. The team at Ramsdens were brilliant, they made an exciting experience warm and friendly and were really helpful. The worst place ever I've seen in my live , I had my 14ct gold with recive from different store . They told me its not reall gold ,same thing happened to my friend also she wanted to borrow money for her gold and they told her she have a fake gold We had ours recive that it is bought in real store . Such a bad place never ever I will step foot in this store!!!!! They destroyed our ring and earing. After all this we went to Different pawnbrokers and they told us this is real 14ct gold and straight away borrowed us money on it.

Been very disappointed with this store , I've been told my 14ct gold is not reall this store manager dont know hallmark of gold . I'm not recommending this store to anyone .
