AVOID. Don’t bother coming here, if I could give 0 stars I would. Visited yesterday and one of the workers under priced my gold bangle by more than half of what it’s worth. Absolute joke. I know what the rates are for scrap gold, if you don’t, you will get ripped off here. I know what the bracelet is worth. They will try to buy your gold for half of its value and sell it on for double.

Went in the other day to return money clearly stated was bringing money back and the woman behind counter as if we was buyimg a currency to go abroad!! When we said no we asked to change back £ she tried to claim we never told her! Clearly she didn't want to admit to her error then proceeded to giving attitude towards us then ! Shocking behaviour!!
