Complete rip of was offered 200 for a bracelet then ended up getting 700 cos I understand the price of cold. Was offered 13 pound a gram for necklace so £140 went up the road was offered £30 the right price and got £365

I visited the kirkgate branch this afternoon. The saff was fantastic 10/10 especially Sarah. Sarah went above and beyond for me today I actually cried. I truly can't thank her enough. She's a tremendous asset to the company

Really dissapointed. Had some gold for sale which I found whilst clearing out relatives house after bereavement. Most was sellable but some scrap. Was offered £280. Went to Cash Converters a few doors down and was offered £350 for same gold.
