The staff today wasn't at all helpful.traveled over 50 miles went last week and young man was very helpful today another man was shocking didnt even great us or come to the jewellery bit stood behind glass whilst doing another job shoved the ring in a see threw bag under the counter.had to ask for a box when spending a fair amount of money you expect the best to not offer a box or a bag to put it in was behond me....needs training on customer service .no thank you when handing money over no goodbyes kiss my bottom or nothing shocking service

Should be ZERO stars. The Lady in charge of buying and selling jewellery didn't know what gold purity stamps were. Offered me silver scrap price for a gold six diamond (total 3ct) stone bracelet
