The staff here are an asset to the company.
I ordered some US dollars to collect and they came early which was excellent. I then took these home before discovering in Tanzania (where I was going) they only accepted dollars of a certain date or newer. I therefore went back to the store to ask them if they could change them for me to newer notes. The gentleman behind the desk was extremely kind and sifted through hundreds of notes to find me some new ones. I was overwhelmed by his kindness and the time he took to help me. I cannot thank the gentleman at the Newcastle branch enough.

The best guys working there always helpful never had issues with them being in Eldon square and there is other branches wich have inexperience staff don’t know what they doing can’t help the costumers because they haven’t got clue how to work there and this is walsend branch!!!
