Absolutely fantastic day at RAF Fairford Airshow. Never fails to entertain. I travel every year from Leeds, West Yorkshire. All the aircraft, exhibitions and the displays are 5*. This year they definitely pushed the boat out. Very impressive. The show ground was huge this year. The only problem was the WiFi. There was only the techno zone that had it. I'm sure it could be better. Overall a great day out can't wait until next year!!!

The air show was wonderful and very interesting. Everyone was very helpful. There was a flight simulator of a f35 for free. I would recommend bringing a ground sheet or chairs.

RIAT is a superb airshow. Fantastic range of aircraft on display from many nations. Static displays and air displays are awesome. Really well organised and so much to do for all the family.

After two years wait finally got to the air show and what a brilliant day. From the start parking was extremely well organised and managed. Once inside we were face with a wonderful array of aircraft from the past, now and future. After walking round we found a good spot to sit and then spent several amazed, excited by the most wonderful air display. ( Note: if you can take some seating) A great day out. 😎
My only comment leaving the car parks can take a long time so make sure you are comfortable with a long wait. Once out, again the organisation of the road rout was excellent ✈️

Visited this base on a non airshow day, specifically to try and catch a B52 or u2 flying. Easy to find using sat nav and was super lucky to arrive 10 mins before one of the 4 B52s taxied and took off a little later a u2 took off and perfrmed half a dozen circuits.

For best photraphy you need a large set of step ladders, as the fencing is high.

When the b52s are present, they appear to park away from the hangers, but are visible with a bit of effort.
No facilities here, but plenty of pubs to try if there are no aircraft

Went for Riat 2022 for the first time and I absolutely love this place.
Fantastic 3 day event, with plenty of facilities, there was water bousers supplying fresh water due to the high temperatures.
Plenty to see and do,
Airshow itself was amazing with some fantastic flying.
The static display was amazing, as were all the people on the stands, and displays.
Downside was the parking almost a mile away, and the getting out from the main carpark.

RIAT is an amazing airshow and I would highly recommend going there are endless shops the crew of the planes are very friendly and it is very well organised
