Quorn Country Crafts in East Leake offers an outstanding selection of sewing machines that truly caters to both beginners and experienced crafters. The range is impressive, featuring top brands and models that suit every sewing need, from basic stitching to advanced quilting. I had the opportunity yesterday to try the Pfaff 635, with the expert guidance of Tim and advice from Becky.

They take the time to understand your needs, ensuring you leave with the perfect machine, or selection of fabrics. The fabric range is great, and the quality is amazing, much better than any big named stores you might come across in the larger towns.

Additionally, the welcoming atmosphere makes shopping here a pleasure. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, Quorn Country Crafts provides a supportive environment that inspires creativity. I highly recommend visiting for both the fantastic selection of machines and the invaluable customer support! And an added bonus there is a free car park next to the shop.

I had a really enjoable and informative day with Becky helping and advising us on many sewing topics. I got to know my sewing machine a lot better too. We made a lovely little bag. I can't wait to do another workshop.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent machine feet and skills class. Learning about what different feet can do and how they worked, has really developed my thought process about to get the best from my machine. The workbook folder was excellent, being able to make my own notes and add to that with samples to help remember which foot did what. Being able to try different feet in this class has helped me understand what would work well for me and my future projects. So I can choose which feet to add to my machine set. The binding foot is a game changer for me!
Becky was brilliant as always, lovely class, lovely ladies, highly recommend this fabulous place. 😁

A friendly environment where you can learn a range of quilting techniques from experienced, helpful and calm staff. There is always copious amounts of tea and biscuits on courses and a stunning choice of materials to choose for all your projects. The challenge is what not to buy! There is always a positive social environment to accompany your sewing. I love my time there and always come away with new skills, friends and projects.

I booked my first course at Quorn Crafts to help me better understand my Pfaff Icon and hoped that I would expand my limited knowledge of my machine. I was not disappointed. As a result of my experience I have booked a further five one day courses over the next two months, which is worth the four hour round trip required to enable me to attend.
The shop is well stocked with fabric, threads, tools and accessories which, as every sewer knows, you can never have enough of.
The day was attended by a small, four in total, group of like minded ladies who were there for similar reasons to me. The two day course was given in a friendly, knowledgeable and appropriate manner with time for individual questions and instruction as we all had different machines. At no time did I feel that I was asking a silly question nor did I feel embarrassed about asking again if I had forgotten something I had been told earlier.
If you are thinking of expanding your knowledge and skills I would thoroughly recommend attending one of the many course’s offered.

I'm new to quilting, I really enjoyed the classes I've attended, so much help from the leaders and other class members. The staff are so helpful when I visit the shop for purchases or advice. Can't praise them enough.

Absolute gem of a place for fabric and yarn as well as for a wonderful range of crafty courses. I’ve taken a few of the courses so far - and intend to take many more. The teaching is of the highest standard and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly recommend.
