Thanks very much for all the help the other day (unfortunately don't no the man's name) after the silvan repair phone shop on Union Street, broke my phone while repairing, didn't refund me and had terrible attitude. I went here professional service. Checked my phone for free, and helped restore all my files to a new phone. Just wish I went here for my phone repair in the first place.

Great service had issues with screen and the guy replaced it free of charge 3 times in a row till it was working, highly recommend friendly customer service great experience and quick delivery to sort my iPhone 14 screen, I appreciate you re-doing the screen 3 times for no charge. Highly appreciated and gave me a nice discount for my troubles. Thanks again!

I passed by yesterday and Mr. Rado tried to fix my phone screen (A Samsung) but due to it being an Asian screen and not European he did not have the screen available, he went up and above and checked by personally going to other stores to try to get the screen but it was not available. He was very professional and friendly and he didn’t charge me anything even though he opened the phone and went to other stores. Customer service at its best.

The technician is a very nice guy. I should have told him explicitly that I didn't want to replace the interior. (The screen functions well. Only some cracks on the glass were annoying) It was my fault to cause this trouble. But he charged me nothing to change it back. Awesome service. Highly recommend anyone to visit it.
