Glad to have this post office facility in quiet shopping mall, courteous helpful staff. Sept' 24, the centre hasn't really changed until new work 2025 Unknown work? Eccleston Street is a more alive and pleasant place, a few shops and bars, more amenable opening times would encourage business. Just more support to stop the negative careless riding of cycles down there to keep people safe is required too.

I've only been here once to visit a shop I found online. It's a busy place, but there are a lot of shops closed in the actual shopping centre. I suppose it's the same everywhere these days. The people I spoke too were very friendly and helpful. I think I would visit again.

Weird and empty but the toilets are free to use and there is a free car park. There did seem to be a post office and charity shop but all the other units were vacant.

A few very good shops, restaurants and bars. The council could do with promoting it a bit more. especially as it has the new Shakespeare theatre. The businesses that are there would benefit from some additional publicity. Vist Prescott, it has more than a lovely theatre.
