Been posting parcels here for around 2 years now with my business, I typically ship quite a lot of parcels and the staff are very helpful helping me post them all and are extremely fast & nice. Sometimes they can be a little understaffed and the wait time can be a bit long but other then that it's a solid 5 Stars from me 🙂

So rude,dnt bother smiling at any of them(old Asian bloke and Asian woman) definitely will not go in again. Very miserable.
And we heard him say to an old man oh no ots not that cheap to send this parcel,this way you get tracking. So sounds like their opting to use the most expensive postage costs!!!

Never use this post office they stole my parcel last Monday 04/11/2024 2 iPhones, we have substantial evidence and the police are now involved and hoping to get them held accountable very soon, it’s now more than just stealing 2 phones as looks like they have been doing it for ages stealing packages! I now have a solicitor involved and looking to get these dealt with very soon once all evidence has been thoroughly examined

Do not send your goods with this post office! Dropped off 2 iPhone 14’s to send off to Mazuma mobile a week ago and funnily enough the last known tracking is them at this post office , they have not been scanned out of the post office by Royal Mail so it’s obvious they have been stolen by someone in that post office! Absolutely fuming !

Great service from the friendly young man behind the desk, he renewed my drivers licence in less than five minutes and renewed my faith in the Post Office after being refused the renewal service at Radcliffe PO. Apparently they require a prior appointment to be made for passport and licence renewal despite it not being stated anywhere on the letter.

I would never use this Post office again my GRAN was posting a parcelit weighed 1.6kg and she required tracking number they charged her £12.25 telling her that's cost of tracking. He sent SPECIAL DELIVERY she didn't ask for it should have been no more than £6.00 maximum and is being generous. DISGUSTING

This postoffice is really understaffed. Customers are constantly in a queue with one person serving and another sorting bags and parcels out. They seriously need to look at employing more staff!!!
