No problems arriving at the terminal, prompt service with getting our tickets and parking up, didn't have to wait long before being told to board the ferry.
Today was a lovely crossing smooth sea. Coffee in the lounge and sit back and relax with a lovely view of the voyage.

P&O Ferry was a very pleasant experience, arrived about an hour early and checking in was very fast, as well as the security checks. Once on board the Club Lounge was well worth the upgrade, with enough space and a quiet environment to relax and take a break. The hot meal on offer was also decent.

Spot on. The ferry ran to time with efficient boarding/disembarking of our vehicle. We paid for the club lounge which I would recommend. This provided your own table and space in a quieter room away from the throngs with complimentary drinks and snacks and waiter service for food. It was worth it.

Service was pretty nice, just didn't get there late. Our 8:00 boat had a 7:30 and due to bad weather we were a little slower than we should have been. Arrived at 7:38 and they wouldn't let us on. They rescheduled us for the 12:00 boat.

Very friendly staffs and spot on timings. No delays or whatsoever. Highly recommended service.

Club lounge was well worth it. Complementary drinks and varieties of snacks. No need of priority boarding because they all keep their timings perfectly scheduled.

Try the duty free shops. Certain brand Perfumes were cheaper than retail shops even after discount applied.
