Enquired about exchanging some euros asap, received a response saying they were not open on Sundays and Mondays until New Year, and that they could serve me on Tuesday. That was fine. I responded, 20 minutes later, saying I wanted to be served on Tuesday, and never heard back. Went to M&S instead, who offer same day click and collect.
