I had my car booked in for a system update on the entertainment system
It was booked in for Friday morning at 9.30 am
Isabelle on reception was very nice and helpful, Peugeot also gave my car a health check before doing the update
My car needed some work doing, Isabelle explained all and cost, luckily I had purchased an extended warranty and all works needed was covered by this , amazing 🤗

Well, we had been very happy with service from this company since buying our car (67 plate Peugeot 2008) from them 4 years ago and having it serviced by them each year. Due to us emigrating this month, we contacted them in June (when the car was there being serviced!) re: selling the car back and were told they would pay £6,500. That reduced to £5,600 last week but was told this would be 'guaranteed'. OK. Arrived today and the 'guaranteed' sum had somehow reduced to £4,600 so all goodwill well and truly gone in a flash. Finally settled on £4,900. Don't trust these people an inch!! Looking forward to seeing how much it sells for....

This is only a review of the service department, not car sales. I had a problem that 3 other garages couldn't fix, so i finally took my Peugeot 3008 to Bristol Motors Peugeot. They offered me a courtesy car that was nicer than my own car going in there for servicing! The service staff were very friendly and helpful and fixed the fault for me. There are hardly any mechanical services around Exeter that will offer you a courtesy car while your car is being fixed. Yes you probably will pay slightly higher mechanical hourly rates, but the courtesy car and helpfulness makes up for that. If you're like me, i didn't want to give the Peugeot 208 GT back!

I purchased a white Peugeot 3008 for 20k long distance trusting garage to only sell a legitimate vehicle. Once finance was transferred communication ceased and on collection the car smelled of smoke, there were drink stains around the centre unit and masking tape on the front underside of the vehicle. When attempting to rectify matters the garage was uncooperative which left me with no choice but to obtain a refund. Don't be fooled by the garages shiny appearance when its actually Matilda's Dad's garage!!
