5* service from Mr Shah & his team. I recently had my eyes tested and my reading glasses updated. Outstanding care and service. When it comes to eyes, I get nervous when I have the eye pressure test. Mr Shah was so reassuring, put me at ease and explained everything throughly. Of course there was absolutely nothing to worry about, I didn’t feel anything. If you need an excellent ophthalmologist who knows his stuff, I’d highly recommend this independent practice. My father has been coming to see him for years, after being recommended by one of the doctors at Moorfields Eye Hospital.

Excellent service at P Shah’s. I’ve been having trouble with my vision for several months, also seeing a specialist at nearby Moorfields.

Within an hour Mr Shah ran a series of tests and scans, identified the causes of my issues, given me a new set of contact lens, correctly fit, a new prescription and recommendation for glasses. And now I can see clearly again for the first time in a year.

This is a world away from your standard high street service. Highly recommended, and a massive thanks to Mr Shah and his excellent team.

I was treated like royalty by Mr Shan and also Mr Kanti Fantania. I have reduced mobility and use a stroller and did not want to use public transport on a day with pouring rain and wind. Mr Fantani phoned several mini cabs until he found a company that promised to be with us in good time - it wasn’t. I must have waited an hour, in the meantime we chatted and I drank a welcome cup of tea. Simone gave me advice on what lenses and frames would be best.

Praful Shah is a very knowledgeable professional, thorough, understanding, considerate and he uses methods, tests and equipment that I have not seen in the high street chains. He does not cut corners and does not do gimmicky offers.
His expertise level appears to be well above those of the high street chains.
People like him are invaluable and there can't be many like him around.
