I would 100% recommend booking your next holiday trip through Original Travel.

Me and my boyfriend have just returned from an amazing, island-hopping holiday in Hawaii for two weeks and a brief stay in Los Angeles (pictures attached!), which we had arranged through Original Travel and are so pleased that we did! We found the whole
process so easy with Original Travel and our Travel Consultant, David Martin, was amazing, ensuring that all the excursions and wishes of this trip were met. Nothing was too much to ask! And they provide their specialist advice and recommendations, which was very helpful!

Once your holiday is arranged, you will receive an itinerary which is available on an app on your phone and you also receive a physical book copy, which is a very nice touch! The itinerary provides all of the meeting points for excursions, flight information and recommendations of what to do/see while you are on holiday.

Oh and you don’t need to worry about checking in for flights- Original Travel will do this for you! This was very helpful for us as we had about 6 flights in our island hopping trip in Hawaii.

While you are on holiday, Original Travel are only a message/call away and will be communicating with you while you are on your holiday. They will assist with any questions you have and can even provide you with restaurant recommendations! And they are available for any issues while you are away - but we did not need to use this as the whole trip went so smoothly!! (They also provide you with an e-sim for your trip!!)

Just returned from a three week, 2500 mile road trip around France and Corsica so brilliantly organised by Original Travel. From the very first phone call to Izzy Whitley (who was brilliant), the planning was made so easy. Eight wonderful hotels, a brilliant app to support all our food, shopping and journey planning and easy access to a WhatsApp Concierge who took the pain out of our last minute requests! I cannot recommend the team at Original Travel enough - great customer service tuned to your individual needs and budget. We'll be back to book again.

We booked our family trip to Japan for the cherry blossom and I couldn’t recommend Original Travel enough! They tailor made the trip, booked all activities which took a lot of the stress off given the time difference / language barrier. We had a dedicated concierge team at our finger tips all the time. We felt in good hands! Can’t wait for the next trip with them.

My wife and I made a last minute booking with Original Travel; they took my brief and then responded quickly with a plan. we reviewed, made a few changes with input from them, and booked the trip. (Two other travel companies had failed to arrange a similar trip). Thereafter whatever unforeseen events interfered in moving locations or hotels was taken care of by OT and their concierge service. The trip, which included going to the Artic, and then north Norway, loads of excursions, all went to plan. Great trip!

Cannot recommend Original Travel enough!
This was the first time I've used them and after a fantastic trip across the States I would use them over and over!
Everything was thought of and no detail was missed, due to this we had a mostly stress free trip which was appreciated.
From the app with your itinerary on, to the concierge who are there should you need them from booking meals for you, answering all your queries, to the flight team who check you in on all your flights so you don't have to, to the wonderful customer service by the team at original travel! A special shout out to David who spent countless hours through phone call and email to ensure we had our dream holiday planned and took care of everything. The booking process and planning process was seamless thanks to David and his knowledge recommending things we hadn't thought off which ended up being one of our highlights from our trip!

Original Travel is a first rate and very reliable concierge travel service with good value for your money. The guides are knowledgeable, attentive and work very hard to provide a good experience. We stayed at the Old Cataract hotel in Aswan . It was lovely. We want to go back and stay a week. The guided tours were excellent. Sailing down the Nile on the Sudan is something never to be forgotten. Watch the BBC Production of Death on the.Nile with David Suchet for a preview of the Sudan. You’ve seen photos of the pyramides but believe me no photo does them justice. Ask the guide to arrange the camel ride. I tipped the camel driver 5 Euros because he took some really good photos. The river pic is from the Old Cataract Hotel. Keep plenty of 20 Egyptian Pound notes (40 cents) to use for the restroom fees on the road and at the airport.
