First timehere, the last time here. Half the menu unavailable. Showers are filthy stinking, come out feeling dirtier than I went in, had to beg a mop off the kitchen staff to mop up the swimming pool around the shower. For £30 pounds parking you should be doing better, you should be wearing masks and stripey jumpers.

booked parking space all good a decent quiet night and no damage. the showers in main building are out of order so had to use the out side ones in porta cabin witch were dirty and cold when you got out .had breakfast mega
12.00 not good at all sausages were as though as old boots been kept in warmer for hours nasty. the bacon had loads of fat on it and Greece the only thing was hot and nice was the coffee breakfast was at 7.00 left it

Everything is good and much better to be parked up here than in any Welcome Break.
But there are some points which could be better.
- facilities should be cleaned more often.
- there are no small rubbish baskets in the shower’s cabins.
- it might be a good idea to put a rubber brush in each cabin that people can use them . There is plenty of water on the floor.

The rest is fine including the meal.

Good secure parking. There were still several spaces when we arrived at 3am.

One strange downside is that at night you can only use the outdoor portacabin toilets and showers, which are very cold, but during the day men can use indoor facilities which are better but still in need of much improvement.

Mobile signal is extremely poor. They could do with installling customer WiFi.

Such a shame, I coming out off working hours 15 and with the car park part empty they don't leave me to parking, and I was unit only, they seey to me no sorry it's reserved and it's work in the car park,this is just a spot but no it's not a parking space 😡

I’ve been coming to Swindon Truckstop for the last 8 years and TBH the place is falling apart and it seems the owners couldn’t care anymore I’ve gone to use the toilet 3 out of the 4 work outside but they don’t flush the showers and toilets inside have been out of order for the last month the showers outside are honestly disgraceful the pressure and the overall cleanliness of them are appalling I will never understand how you can continuously read the same reviews but not sort any of the problems out this was my go to Truckstop but bye the looks of it to the owners you are failing. As drivers you just want the basic facilities to use after a working day but you can’t even get that here anymore your a failing Truckstop and you are continually showing that

The showers are out of order, theres poo all over the toilets. The two remaining showers that are open are filthy. This is disgusting, the managment should be a ashamed ( and sacked ).
Then they ask if you want a food voucher. .. eeer no.!!

This place is a disgusting, dirty hovel of a truckstop. This is my first and very last visit.
The facilities are in dire need of refurbishment.
The showers inside the building are all out of order. Showers are taken in a shabby portacabin with door handles hanging off. Only two of the three showers are in working order and I had to ask for cleaning equipment so that I could use one of them. Yes I had to clean the shower myself before use.
Toilets are also disgusting. No paper and filthy dirty. Locks on the doors are missing and you will need to be vaccinated after use.
This place really is a disgrace.
You then move into the restaurant area where you will find dirty tables and staff serving in dirty hi viz vests.
I will say that the food wasn’t bad but the overall experience is appalling. To actually say that this place is a disgusting, dirty hovel is actually a compliment.
