Always found this a very friendly shop when going to exchange money. On this occasion I decided to get them to price me a holiday up to Thailand for Christmas and New Year. I have phoned up on three different occasions within 5 weeks about the same holiday I have spoken to three different advisors been promised the world not one of them has got back to me with a quotation I appreciate people are busy but a friendly call to say it’s being dealt with but no nothing i will definitely not be booking a holiday with this company.

I prefer to have control of all aspects of my holiday using online websites or flight/holiday apps - I get some people may want it all handled for them. Booking with Oneworld restricted us in that we were reliant on them providing us with documentation/vouchers/boarding passes. The timing was such that we felt the need to travel unnecessarily to a distant branch to get our boarding passes (local branch was closed).
Granted the holiday was an excellent deal (I'm writing this while away) but I'm struggling to consider doing it again with Oneworld.

If you are considering booking a holiday do yourself a favour and give Nia Swindells a visit at One World Travel in Wakefield.
Nia recently organized a trip to South America for us with Wendy Wu Tours. There were lots of things that had to be arranged and things that could have gone wrong along the way but Nia went over and beyond to make everything perfect. She always has a smile on her face and has such a calm temperament which makes dealing with her an absolute delight. Can't recommend her highly enough.

Great customer service and really helpful. Made a confusing multi city trip booking a complete breeze. Couldn't recommend enough!

Big shout out to, I believe it was Lisa, who was able to take the dates we had planned and build everything exactly as we had wanted and make it reality for a great price. Great and helpful with printing the details off for me to go away and confirm. After a quick phone call she even made amendments to one leg of the flights which felt so easy and we were booked in no time.

Will definitely be my number 1 going forward!

Booked a family holiday through them. The great thing about using a travel agent is they do the hard work for you so if your first option isn't available they can offer others without you having to search the Internet.
Oneworld were recommended by a friend and we will definitely use them again. Staff members were polite friendly and knowledgeable and although it took time to find the holiday and dates we wanted there was never the feeling that we were being hurried. They were busy, so plenty of other customers were using their services including their currency counter (which was offering currency at a better rate than other outlets). One world makes the whole job of booking a holiday so much easier.
We have been very pleased with our experience overall and therefore have given them a top rating.

VERY POOR SERVICE ! Booked a holiday to Mexico. Had to ring and ask for our tickets. We were promised an e ticket would be emailed, didn't happen..Eventually had to go into the shop 2 days before we were due to fly. No one from here tried to contact me to provide the paperwork I needed for the holiday I had paid for. If I had booked online with tui it would all have been emailed to me directly.
We didn't have an option to book seats on the plane..very poor service. Changed money and was given incorrect info regarding currency..

Recently went into the shop to book a flight and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable.
We then went on to ask for help with another matter and this is where they went above and beyond to help.
