Fantastic customer service. Rang and spoke to John pilkington senior sales executive about a 9 year old used ford edge sport asked him if I could have a honest and realistic video of the car as I lived 3 and a half hour drive away and didn't want a wasted journey. After watching video john sent me i decided to travel up to accrington from norfolk to have look at car it was exactly as described in video. Asked john if they could sort a few little bits out he said they would I even said I pay for one of the bits that need sorting to save me messing about with it later. Collected car 3 weeks later with everything done + more with no extra cost to me. Absolutely fantastic customer service customer does come first with omc accrington especially john who went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend once accrington this is how a business should be run a credit to omc and john pilkington many thanks from a very happy customer.

Very professional & extremely friendly MOT, Tyre replacement & annual service via my Ford annual service plan. Includes annual MOT & Ford full breakdown cover. I bought my used Ford from OMC a few years ago I have it covered on the Annual service plan which also includes use of a courtesy car. I highly recommend this Ford dealer on all counts of best practices in customer service & vehicle repair & maintenance. Very friendly professional staff who maintain my car at a very reasonable price.

Had a really good experience buying our new Kuga from Ford Accrington. The whole process was straightforward and well-organised. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and professional, and I aways felt informed throughout.

Dave was great, easy to talk to and made sure everything was clearly explained without being pushy. He kept me updated and made the handover process simple and stress-free. The car was ready on time and in perfect condition when I came to collect it.

Just bought a used car from OMC and the whole process ran so smoothly. Went in on the off chance and was really unsure about what i wanted. Kieron was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient too as it took me a couple of weeks to decide. After previously being put off by sales people that don't leave you alone this was just the opposite. Kieron was there to answer any questions but didn't pressure me into a decision. Really happy with my new car, will certainly recommend OMC to friends and family and return here in the future too.

Awful customer service, especially from Kieran. Enquired about a car to check availability to then drive 1 hour and 20 for him to then do a deal with a walk in 15 minutes before we arrived knowing that we were en route. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call. Arrived to be told the sale was going through. Complete waste of 3 hours and the cost of fuel. Would not recommend dealing with this dealership.
