I came into Western Union in Romford today and had an amazing experience courtesy of the colleague behind the counter Alan. I was greeted with a smile and served in a professional and very efficient manner would highly recommend. Alan deserves a pay rise !!!

Really great service, ordered online to get the best rate out of all currency exchange places. When collecting the man was very helpful and gave the notes that I requested. Definitely recommend using

Placing an online order was quick, smooth and simple. Chosen currency was in store the following business day. Communication with the branch was spot on and the Branch Manager, who was very kind, noted the exchange rate had improved for me slightly and put the transaction through on that basis. What more could you ask for? Top notch service all round.

Wonderfully easy transaction - everything well explained and offered a currency lock in so the rate remains the same should I return home with excess currency. Always use this place for exchanging money and will continue doing so! Thank you
