Arrogant and difficult. I have never been asked for my passport and used the service in Elys many times over the years. Must say the previous owners pleasanter. . The shrill voiced female said for a large amount £414 needed passport or driving licence. I called her a cat so then another assistant steps in pointing out abuse and identification notices. They will have heard her voice on the ground floor as mouth opened and closed at speed. I have cancelled my order.
