Fantastic service from start to finish. We first popped in to query, and were told all about the cash back option. Knowing this, we then went in to order our Indonesian currency on Monday (yesterday) and it was available to collect the next day (day) after receiving a text message. The female member of staff was super friendly and helpful and even double checked the conversion rates (to help us know which each note was roughly worth) and the lowest notes we could exchange back if we need to. Super pleased and even more excited for our trip now. Thank you, will use again
