Poor service. The rate that was offered was bad. The gentleman behind the counter mentioned that if I was a older person that did not knew how to use the phone to go online and buy currency, he would do better then what he was offering, having even had the audacity to show the much better rate that could be done, and pressing me pointing that there was only 3minutes left to buy at the bad rate he was offering before the store close.
It just felt as if it was a lost cause to be discussing further with Ali, the employee, and as such left without buying a significative amount of currency.
It is not of my character to make such a review, but the service was so substandard to what it was expected from such a company, that I felt compelled to make this exposure of what happened to me today.

Seamless no nonsense process from start to finish, having reserved some Euros online, paying for them when going to the store & then collecting them.

Excellent member of staff who chatted whilst going through the process, I'll return for any future exchanges.

Great sense of humour the lad ali has , asked for 200 euros , he smiled and said here you go 200 euro note , a single 200 euro denomination, we had huge laugh and said its hard to break down in italy where i am going , thanks ali for making my day.
