Really good rates from GBP to Dollars for my travels. Completed an online request on Thursday evening and was updated via email it was ready the following morning. I went to collect the dollars where I was greeted by two lovely workers. They were amazing at helping me with the money and had a good range of options with what amount of notes I’d like. They took a lot of time to ensure that I was satisfied with the customer service I was provided and for that; Thank you!

However, the only negative that I had about the experience was having to pay for an envelope to hold my dollars in but overall, the experience was great!

I was served by Barry today at this branch. He was lovely and chatty but staff always are here which is why I always come back to get my travel money. I do think 25p for an envelope is at bit bizarre though
